Villard-Reculas is the ideal place for quiet and authentic holidays in the midst of beautiful mountains.

Winter

The chalet « Il fera beau demain » is located 200 m from the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domain. Enjoy a small and cosy ski resort right next to the Grand Domain.
You can ski directly back to the chalet.

The chairlift le Villarais takes you to the top of le Signal, then you can ski down the brand new and already famous « Marcel Farm » fun slope on the Alpe d’Huez domain. Located on a southern facing plateau 1860m high up, it is very often sunny in the Alpe d’Huez resort, nicknamed the “Island in the Sun”.

The Alpe d’Huez is a huge playground of 250km of ski slopes, distributed over 5 villages and representing a 2200 m difference in height. The highest peak is the Pic Blanc, 3300 m high, from which you can ski down the longest slope in the world: the “Sarenne”.
Don’t forget to get up 1860m on the Grandes Rousses mountains to admire a breath-taking view.

The domain offers a great variety of slopes of which some are reserved for children and beginners, justifying its label “Station Famille Plus”.
But the Villard-Reculas domain already has a good number of slopes, enough to please different levels and the occasional skier.
